Maintenance contracts

Our maintenance contract customers can select a contract with a desired scope. In our preferred contract option, we take care of performing and scheduling the scheduled maintenance in full. Based on the information stored in our maintenance system, we automatically propose and set up the maintenance date with the customer.

The maintenance reports generated in scheduled maintenance are sent to the contract customer and stored in our maintenance system. This service ensures that the customer receives planned, reliable and convenient maintenance services. Regular care of the emergency power unit reduces operating costs and extends the unit’s service life. The care agreement may include:
